Havre Police Department

A two-vehicle crash between a Chevrolet Cavalier and a Nissan Versa was reported on Third Avenue at 10:02 a.m. Monday.

A vehicle crash in which a car was T-boned in an intersection was reported on First Street at 5:07 p.m. Monday.

A hit and run crash was reported Monday at 6:55 p.m. on Washington Avenue.

Michael Eugene Rutherford of Cut Bank, 45, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a First Street West business reported Monday at 8:28 p.m. that a male trespasser had returned.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Carla Roberta Cantrell of Wolf Point, 49, was arrested on a state District Court warrant while deputies were assisting another agency at Hill County Courthouse Monday at 10:45 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 10-week-old kittens of unknown gender, five female cats and one male cat.

The shelter also held a female pit bull terrier dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a female pit bull terrier-English bulldog cross dog, a male German shepherd dog, a male mixed-breed dog and a female German shepherd dog.
