Officers investigated a vehicle crash on First Street reported at 10:44 a.m. Monday

A caller reported a two-vehicle, non-injury crash on Second Avenue Monday at 10:56 a.m.

Monday at 3:33 p.m., Child and Family Services made a cross report of a complaint.

A summons was issued after a caller on 16th Street West reported Monday at 6:35 p.m. that a dog had bit a child. No details on the charges were provided.

A bike was reported laying in the road at 6:54 p.m. Monday at Wilson Avenue and 11th Street West.

A Monday 7:52 p.m. caller reported that the bulk water station in Havre was not working, the call was referred to another agency.

Officers investigated a complaint made Monday at 8:51 p.m. from Second Street Northeast.

An arrest was made without details provided after a caller reported Monday at 11:08 p.m. that a shirtless man behind a First Street business was trying to fight another man. Tanner Walker, who was named in the dispatch log as being involved in the incident, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on a charge of assault.

An arrest was made without details provided after a caller in the Havre-area at 12:32 this morning reported a domestic disturbance. Larae Danita Hughes, who was named in the dispatch log as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on a charge of partner or family member assault.

At 12:33 a.m. today, a Seventh Street caller reported an attempted break in.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 10:07 a.m. Monday call about a lost gun was referred to another agency.

Deputies investigated a complaint made Monday at 12:03 p.m. from Second Street Northwest in Rudyard.

Deputies investigated a sex offense called in at 4:50 p.m. from the Hill County area.

John Morrow of Havre, 51, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 7:15 p.m.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 9-week-old kittens of unknown gender; six female and three male cats.

The shelter also held a female pit bull dog, a male 19-week-old Australian shepherd puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a female pit bull terrier-English bulldog cross dog, two male mixed-breed dogs and a female German shepherd dog.
