Havre Police Department

JuanJose Decker of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges including endangering the welfare of children, three counts; disorderly conduct and animal cruelty after a First Avenue caller reported at 6:57 a.m. Wednesday that neighbors had been fighting for hours and the man had started banging on things.

A caller on 14th Street reported a non-injury vehicle crash Wednesday at 7:11 p.m.

Filberta May Skidmore of Havre, 43, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Ninth Avenue caller made a noise complaint at 3:48 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a Wednesday 8:53 a.m. report from First Street Northwest that a boy had been shot with a pellet gun.

Jordan Keith Ahenakew of Box Elder, 28, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 3:55 p.m.

At 6:58 this morning, a caller reported vandalism at the Community Efforts Pavilion on Beaver Creek Park.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday.

Firefighters responded to an 11:08 a.m. fire alarm Wednesday on Third Street West. The crew determined that a pipe had been damaged during construction and a technician would need to come repair the alarm.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held seven 8-week-old and six 10-week-old kittens all of unknown gender and six female and four male cats.

The shelter also held a male 17-week-old Australian shepherd puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a female pit bull terrier-English bulldog cross dog, a female mixed-breed 10-week-old puppy, two male mixed-breed dogs and a female German shepherd dog.
