Jadelynn Fourstar Clancy of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and minor in possession, and Aariana Marie Horn of Havre, 20 was issued a summons on an MIP after a caller at a First Street West business reported an intoxicated driver Tuesday at 8:02 a.m.

Joshua Glen Reid of Havre, 41, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, three counts; burglary of a residence; and probation violation after a 12th Street caller reported a commotion at a neighbor's residence Tuesday at 2:49 p.m. and officers picked Reid up during a 3:32 p.m. vehicle stop on First Street West.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
A 10:18 a.m. Tuesday report of a one-vehicle crash on 14th Avenue, near Clear Creek Road, was referred to another agency.

A Tuesday 4:43 p.m. report of a dump truck rollover on U.S. Highway 2 East was referred to another agency.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday.

Firefighters and an ambulance responded to a carbon monoxide alarm activation on the 600 Block of Sixth Street at 3:54 p.m. Tuesday. No gas could be detected, but the alarm was reset with a new battery and the scene was turned to a NorthWestern Energy crew.

Firefighters and an ambulance responded at 4:50 p.m. Wednesday to a dump truck rollover on U.S. Highway 2 East. The fire crew assessed whether a hazmat response was required, but leaking hydraulic fluid was captured in a bucket. Assistant Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage could not say if the driver was transported to the hospital for injuries.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held four 7-week-old and three 8-week-old kittens of unknown gender; six female and four male cats.

The shelter also held a male 17-week-old Australian shepherd puppy, a female pit bull terrier-English bulldog cross dog, a female mixed-breed 10-week-old puppy, two male mixed-breed dogs and a female German shepherd dog.
