Havre Police Department

A 16th Street caller reported a theft on a debit card Monday at 8:20 a.m.

Tracy Lynn Eagleman of Havre, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at Hill County Courthouse requested assistance Monday at 9:07 a.m. and the warrant was served at 12:24 p.m.

Allee Forsman of Anaconda, 23, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a First Street business reported a female shoplifter Monday at 1:40 p.m.

--

A First Street caller reported a gas drive-off Monday at 4:25 p.m.

--

A summons was issued after officers investigated a Monday 5:27 p.m. report of a shoplifting event that had happened earlier in the day at a First Street business.

--

A caller at a First Street business reported Monday at 6:12 p.m. catching a woman stealing beer.

--

A caller reported at 7:22 p.m. Monday finding graffiti on playground equipment at Pepin Park, then finding more graffiti at the skate park at 7:55 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Tracy Lynn Eagleman was served a Justice or City court warrant at 2:06 p.m. Monday at Hill County Detention Center.

Treyton Reed Sutherland of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of undetermined level, driving without vehicle insurance and driving without a driver's license during a vehicle stop in Box Elder at 7:56 p.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Monday morning held three 8-week-old kittens of unknown gender; six female and four male cats and two female 8-week-old kittens.

The shelter also held a male 17-week-old Australian shepherd puppy, a female pit bull terrier-English bulldog cross dog, two male mixed-breed dogs, a 10-week-old male mixed-breed puppy and a female German shepherd dog.
