Havre Police Department

Wednesday at 9:55 a.m., a Havre area caller reported a sexual or violent offender registry violation.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported by a caller on 15th Street Wednesday at 2:11 p.m.

A Washington Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 2:41 p.m. that his son wasn't home.

Two 17-year-olds were each issued a summons on a trespass to property charge after a caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked at an empty building on 11th Street West at 10:18 p.m. Wednesday.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of driving under the influence and minor in possession after an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity at the Havre softball complex at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller on Ninth Avenue North asked deputies Wednesday at 11:34 a.m. for assistance.

Ryan Andrew Brandt of Havre, 27, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after an assault was reported at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held seven female cats and four male cats, as well as two cats, five 6-week-old kittens, two 10-week-old kittens and six 8-week-old kittens all of unknown gender.

The shelter also held two female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female Labrador retriever dog, a female German shepherd dog, a male corgi dog and a male mixed-breed dog.
