Havre Police Department

A caller at a First Street business reported Tuesday at 9:59 a.m. that a window on a vehicle had been smashed.

Theft of medications was reported by an Eighth Avenue caller at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday.

——

Stuart McKenzie McIntosh of Havre, 91, was issued a summons on a careless driving charge after a Havre area caller reported Tuesday at 4:50 p.m. that a driver had cut her off.

Leo Joseph Winters of Rapid City, South Dakota, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a business on Second Street reported 8:54 p.m. Tuesday an intoxicated man was harassing an employee and wouldn’t leave.

A hit and run crash was reported on First Street West at 9:48 p.m. Tuesday.

Andrew John Frickel of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct two counts, false reports to law enforcement authorities, criminal mischief/vandalism and minor in possession, after he called from Washington Avenue to report a domestic disturbance at 1:32 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Sheriff’s office dispatch log reported no arrests or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday and one this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held seven female cats and four male cats, as well as two cats, five 6-week-old kittens, two 10-week-old kittens and six 8-week-old kittens all of unknown gender.

The shelter also held two female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female border collie-corgi cross dog, a female German shepherd dog, a male corgi dog and a male mixed-breed dog.
