Havre Police Department

Angelina Daryrin Yellow of Harlem, 28, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and on two Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop on First Street at 7 a.m. Monday.

Douglas James Hopf of Havre, 51, was issued a summons on a charge of false reports to law enforcement authorities after Hopf reported a stolen vehicle at 10:05 a.m. Monday form 15th Avenue.

Eric Stump of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a report of a drug offense related to a drug task force case Monday at noon on 11th Street West.

Monday at 12:03 p.m., an 11th Avenue caller reported a rock was thrown through a house window.

Someone stopped at the police station Monday at 2:21 p.m. asking to speak with an officer.

Lisa Habeger of Havre, 52, was arrested on charges of driving without a driver's license, careless driving and driving under the influence, refused to test, after a 3:16 p.m. Monday caller reported an erratic driver northbound on Fifth Avenue.

A Third Street caller reported at 3:24 a.m. today finding three tires in the back of his truck.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Someone with Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks reported Monday at noon finding lost property at the Milk River Rookery.

Monday at 2:03 p.m., a caller on 32nd Avenue East reported a theft, forgery or fraud.

--

A caller reported Monday at 3:04 p.m. on Anderson Road a theft, forgery or fraud.

--

A Kremlin-area caller reported vandalism Monday at 3:28 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday.

Firefighter were called at 10:44 p.m. Monday to a porch fire on Smithville Road. Fire Chief Mel Paulson said the response time was nine minutes and the fire, caused by a cigarette, was extinguished in 15 minutes.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held six female cats and four male cats.

--

The shelter also held a male border collie dog, two female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female border collie-corgi cross dog, a female mixed-breed dog and two male mixed-breed dogs.
