Havre Police Department

Officers were called Friday at 6:31 a.m. to a 13th Street parking lot for a minor crash. The caller said they scraped a vehicle when pulling into a parking spot.

A caller asked officers Friday at 1:52 p.m. to check on an intoxicated man in an alley off Cleveland Avenue.

--

Carl Barnard of Havre, 41, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on Bonine Drive asked Friday at 8:41 p.m. for officers to do a well-being check on someone.

--

A sex offense was reported in Havre at 9:55 p.m. Friday.

Nikaya Dawn Stump of Rocky Boy, 20, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, minor in possession, disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, Nathan Jay Oliva of Box Elder, 38, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, and Taylor O'Rion Bacon of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of MIP after a caller on 10th Street West report a couple arguing Friday at 10:26 p.m.

Blaine County law enforcement reported Friday at 10:32 p.m. a pursuit was headed toward Havre and the call was referred to Hill County sheriff's deputies.

Autumn Rose Eagleman of Harlem, 19, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, MIP and driving without a driver's license after a caller on 14th Street West reported an SUV was parked on a curb and someone was slumped over the wheel at 6:06 a.m. Saturday.

Zakery Dale Jones of Havre, 34, was arrested on charges of violating restrictions of a learner's license, DUI, failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, possession of dangerous drugs and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant during a vehicle stop on 15th Avenue Saturday at 2:33 p.m.

Joshua Robert-Monroe Guyton or Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and two counts of resisting arrest after a Third Avenue caller asked Saturday at 6:44 p.m. for assistance removing someone from a rental.

Tim Wayne Riddle of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on charges of dog at large in city and vicious dog after a 10th Street West caller reported Saturday at 8:02 p.m. that a dog was attacked by another dog.

Homer Burton Roberts II of Butte, 53, was issued a summons on a charge of violation of a protective order after someone stopped at the police station to speak with an officer Sunday at 12:42 a.m.

Leah Patrece Robertson of Havre, 44, was issued a summons on charges of vicious dog and dog at large after a Sunday 3:28 p.m. caller reported a dog bite on Second Street.

Holley Ranee Leo of Havre, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of possession of dangerous drugs after an officer stopped on U.S. Highway 2 West to assist Montana Highway Patrol at 4:36 p.m. Sunday.

A caller on 10th Street West reported Sunday at 10:08 p.m. to report that a vehicle hit her car in the parking lot.

Tracy Lynn Eagleman of Havre, 31, was arrested on a DUI charge after stopping at the police station to speak to an officer at 12:39 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Curtis James Bailey of Great Falls, 34, was arrested on charges of criminal endangerment, fleeing or eluding a peace officer and reckless driving after deputies were called at 10:29 and 10:32 p.m. Friday to assist Blaine County in a pursuit in the Havre area.

Deputies were asked Saturday at 9:36 a.m. to investigate an assault on Laredo Road.

Starr Ane Oxford of Box Elder, 32, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and probation violation and on a state District Court warrant after deputies were called Saturday at 1:04 p.m. to assist Rocky Boy Police Department on Laredo Road.

Salvador Campos Rivera of Havre, 39, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on First Street West at 1:12 a.m. Sunday.

--

Zachariah John Zilkoski of Havre, 27, was arrested charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and on a Justice or City court warrant after Rocky Boy Police asked for assistance in Box Elder at the reservation line.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, two calls Saturday and four calls Sunday, and they issued four burn permits Saturday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held seven female cats and five male cats.

The shelter also held a male border collie, two female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female Chihuahua-dachshund cross and a female 8-week-old mixed-breed puppy.
