Travis Vaughn Standing Horn of Billings, 42, was arrested on charges of failing to register as a sexual or violent offender, after a officers investigated a complaint made at 10:55 a.m. Monday of a registry violation in the area.

A caller on Third Avenue asked Monday at 11:34 a.m. to speak with an officer.

Officers investigated a Monday 4:08 p.m. report of a disturbance on Bonine Drive.

Harvey J. Morsette Jr. of Box Elder, 39, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and driving without insurance, and on two Justice or City court warrants, during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West Monday at 4:12 p.m.

Ryan Anthony Wells of Havre, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, operating a motor vehicle without valid registration and no motorcycle endorsement, after a caller on 11th Street reported two motocycles racing up and down the hill Monday at 9:04 p.m.

Homer Burton Roberts of Butte, 53, was issued a summons on a charge of violation of a protective order, after a Seventh Street caller reported a temporary restraining order violation at 12:01 a.m. today.

A Second Street West caller asked Monday at 8:40 a.m. for assistance.

Deputies investigated an 8:58 a.m. Monday report of a man breaking into a trailer on U.S. Highway 2 West.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a male 10-month-old kitten, eight female cats and four male cats.

The shelter also held a two female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies, three female 8-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a male 7-week-old mixed-breed puppy were also being housed at the shelter.
