Havre Police Department

A 10th Street West caller asked Thursday at 10:45 a.m. to speak with an ofifcer.

Jenell Rene Leo of Havre, 43, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, habitual traffic offender and possession of dangerous drugs, during a vehicle stop on Third Street at 1:58 p.m. Thursday.

Ricky John Clark Jr. of Havre, 24, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault, after a 7:52 p.m. Thursday call from Fifth Street reporting that a man was at the caller's residence and throwing things at the caller.

Homer Burton Roberts of Butte, 53, was arrested on charges of violation of protective order and trespass to property, after a Seventh Street caller reported at 3:01 a.m. today that a man was breaking a protection order.

Jakob Patrick Keller of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after an officer investigated suspicious activity on First Street at 3:53 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Joshua Glen Reid of Havre, 41, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 12:48 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a male 10-month-old kitten, nine female cats and four male cats.

The shelter also held a 22-week-old female mixed-breed puppy, a male mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever, two female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a female mixed-breed dog . Three female 7-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a male 6-week-old mixed-breed puppy were also being housed at the shelter.
