Northern Montana Health Care presented the Compassionately Achieving Remarkable Excellence - C.A.R.E. - Award to Tracie Hopkins, a member of the Employee Services Team at NMHC this week.
Hopkins was nominated for the honor by one of her co-workers. Her nominator complimented Hopkins on her professionalism.
"Tracie is one of the first people that folks meet when they come to work here at NMHC. She sets the tone with kindness and a smile for everyone," the nominator said.
"Tracie is 'unflappable,'" Barb Crump, director of employee services added. "She is always professional on the phone or in person. Her follow-through is excellent. Any task we give her she delivers timely and correctly."
As part of the presentation of the C.A.R.E. Award, Hopkins was presented with a jacket with a special logo.
Nominations are now being sought for the next recipient.
The C.A.R.E. Award was started as part of NMHC's Customer Service Group, "The High Five Club." The purpose of the bi-monthly recognition award is to acknowledge employees who have served at NMHC in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through his or her work, and consistently exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude. Employees at NMHC nominate their fellow employees for this award.
Customer service is important to Northern Montana Health Care. "Being the healthcare provider of choice" is part of their mission statement. Taking the time to recognize excellence in their employees is one of the ways they try to achieve this goal.
