Havre Police Department

A 15th Avenue caller reported Monday at 8:51 a.m. that an air compressor was stolen from a pickup during the night.

A black Schwinn bicycle was found in a 12th Avenue yard at 10:17 a.m. Monday.

--

Havre Public Works was notified after a Monday 2:05 p.m. caller on 16th Street West reported water coming up in the middle of the road.

--

A caller at Eighth Street and 12th Avenue reported Monday at 3:16 p.m. that an aggressive dog that was running loose bit someone.

--

A hit and run in a Hidden Valley Drive driveway was reported Monday at 4:47 p.m.

--

Officers investigated a Monday 5:04 p.m. report from Child and Family Services.

Monday at 6:36 p.m., a Second Street caller reported food was stolen.

Amanda Danyel Kroll of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children, two counts; disorderly conduct; driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license; aggravated driving under the influence; possession of drug paraphernalia, and habitual traffic offender, after a caller at a First Street West business reported a disturbance involving a belligerent woman Monday at 9:35 p.m.

A Monday 10:16 p.m. report of a man on the floor at the post office was referred to Hill County sheriff's deputies.

Deputies responded Monday at 8:33 a.m. to a report from Sixth Avenue in Hingham of an abandoned dog.

Deputies were asked Monday at 10:19 p.m. to assist Havre Police Department at the post office.

Deputies were called to 14th Street to assist Havre Police at 11:53 p.m. Monday.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Monday morning held a female 11-month-old kitten, a male 9-month-old kitten, six female cats and one male cat.

The shelter also held a 10-month-old male mixed-breed puppy, a male mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever, two female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a female mixed-breed dog.
