Havre Police Department

Mara Jayne Corcoran of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of "attempt," robbery and partner or family member assault after a caller on First Street reported Friday at 2:04 p.m. that a woman punched her in the face.

Scott McKenzie of Havre, 45, was issued a summons on a charge of vicious dog in city, after an 11th Street caller reported a dog bite at 4:06 p.m. Friday.

Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 10:30 p.m. asking to speak with an officer.

--

A 9:40 a.m. Saturday caller reported a non-injury crash involving a car and a water truck.

Anita Jo Eagleman Onco of Box Elder, 44, was issued a summons on charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, and George E. Hofer of Havre, 59, was issued a summons on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, after a Second Street caller reported Saturday at 5:43 p.m. that his work van was stolen and possible at a First Street business.

A caller at a First Street West business reported missing pills Sunday at 12:53 p.m.

Adam Michael Bachmeier of Havre, 33, and Kyrie Michelle Malsam of Havre, 32, were each issued a summons on a charge of assault, after Second Street callers reported Sunday at 9:01 p.m. hearing screaming, yelling and cussing.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Shepherd Road caller asked Friday at 5:39 p.m. to speak with a deputy about found or lost property.

Heather Ann Durbin of Havre, 29, was arrested Friday at 5:52 p.m. on a charge of contempts for which justice of the peace may punish.

Deputies investigated a complaint at a Fifth Street North business Saturday at 10:24 a.m.

--

Deputies were called Saturday at 11:35 a.m. to assist another agency on U.S. Highway 2 West.

At 3:42 p.m. Saturday, a Chester caller reported a theft from a vehicle.

--

A caller on County Road 100 South asked Sunday at 2:19 p.m. to speak with an officer about a kidnapping and assault.

--

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud in Kremlin Sunday at 3:26 p.m.

--

Henry Craig Frank of Box Elder, 54, was arrested on a state District court warrant served at Port of Wildhorse Sunday at 4:40 p.m.

--

Deputies assisted another agency at 9:05 p.m. Sunday on Second Street.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, one call Saturday, one call Sunday and two this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 1400 Block of Seventh Avenue at 4:23 p.m. Friday for a possible hazardous materials gas odor, but investigation found no problems in the area.

Sunday at 10:30 p.m., firefighters were called to the 500 Block of Fifth Avenue to extinguish a smoldering fire in a city garbage. The garbage can was a loss, but nothing else sustained any damage.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Monday morning held a female 11-month-old kitten, a male 9-month-old kitten, six female cats and one male cat.

The shelter also held a 10-month-old male mixed-breed puppy, a male mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever, a female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a female mixed-breed dog.

Births

Twin girls were born Friday, March 27, 2020, to Leanndra Four Souls and Louis Morsette Jr. of Havre.
