Havre Police Department

Sky Richard Martin of Havre, 36, was arrested, after a Second Street Northeast caller reported Wednesday at 6:55 a.m. that an intoxicated man was threatening a family. This morning's jail roster lists Martin as being held on charges of assault with a weapon and partner or family member assault.

Officers investigated a 3:17 p.m. Wednesday report that items had been stolen from a dorm room at Montana State University-Northern.

A Fifth Street caller asked Wednesday at 3:44 p.m. for officer assistance at his residence.

Officers investigated a 6:35 p.m. Wednesday report that a Lincoln Avenue caller was hit in the head with a pipe.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests or investigations during the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Monday morning held a female 11-month-old kitten, a male 9-month-old kitten, six female cats and one male cat.

The shelter also held a 10-month-old male mixed-breed puppy, two male mixed-breed dogs, a male Labrador retriever, a male Chihuahua, a female 26-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 8-month-old mixed breed puppy, a female mixed-breed dog and a male boxer.
