Obituary - Georgia Vasseur

Georgia Vasseur passed away March 12, 2020.

Georgia was born November 19, 1926, in Utica, MT, in a hotel owned by her grandfather.

She was married to Thomas Allen Duncan in December of 1944, and they had three children together. After Thomas passed away, Georgia married Albert Vasseur and had one child with him.

Georgia, known as "Grandma Jo," spent many years loving on grandkids, great-grandkids and great-great-grandkids.

She had a love for coffee, chocolate and music.

She is survived by Donald Duncan, Linda Spear, Kelly Vezain and Paulette Robertson. She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

A rosary will be held at 6 p.m. today, March 20 at Cremation & Funeral Gallery in Billings, and interment will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 21 at Highland Cemetery in Havre.
