1. Confirmation of Officer Tyler Craig as patrol officer with the Havre Police Department.

2. Confirm appointment of Joseph Pliler and Taylor Gopher as probationary police officers with the Havre Police Department.

3. Resolution No. 3813 — A Resolution to Authorize Adoption of the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Codes.

4. Resolution No. 3814 — A Resolution by the City Council of the City of Havre, Montana, Adopting the 2019 Hill County Growth Policy Update as Prepared by Bear Paw Development Corp., Volume I and II.

5. Ordinance No. 911, first reading — An Ordiannce Amending Title 1, Chapter 4, Section 15, Meetings of Council, of the Havre City Code.
