Press release

Northern Montana Health Care presented the Compassionately Achieving Remarkable Excellence, C.A.R.E., Award to Shawn LePine, a member of the central supply team at NMHC.

LePine was nominated for this honor by several of his co-workers. His nominators complimented LePine on his willingness to go above and beyond in helping out his co-workers with their supply needs, especially in the Emergency Department.

"Shawn always delivers our supplies with a smile and a greeting. He always demonstrates a positive and helpful attitude when we're in dire need of special or critical supplies," one of his co-workers said.

"Shawn's behavior when he is assisting with supplies in the Emergency Department is exactly what we ask of him," added James Quigley, director of purchasing and central supply at NMHC. "Supplies delivered promptly is our end goal. But Shawn also delivers great customer service as well. I know his co-workers truly appreciate that."

As part of the presentation of the C.A.R.E. Award, LePine was presented with a special logoed jacket. Nominations are now being sought for the next recipient.

The "C.A.R.E." Award was started as part of NMHC's Customer Service Group, "The High Five Club. The purpose of the bi-monthly recognition award is to acknowledge employees who have served at NMHC in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through his or her work, and consistently exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude. Employees at NMHC nominate their fellow employees for this award.
