Deputies assisting Havre police investigated a possible assault of a woman reported at 1:33 a.m. Saturday at a First Street establishment.

William Joseph Smith of Havre, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served Sunday at 12:33 p.m. on 13th Avenue.

Reggie James Teske of Great Falls, 33, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and disorderly conduct and five Justice or City court warrants served on 15th Street North at 4:28 p.m. Sunday.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, two calls Saturday and six calls Sunday.
Havre Animal Shelter
The Havre shelter this morning held nine female cats, four male cats, a female 10-month-old kitten and a male 8-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male 9-month-old mix breed puppy, a female boxer dog, a male mix-breed dog, a male Chihuahua dog, a male mix-breed 11-month-old puppy, a female mix-breed 22-week-old puppy and a female mix-breed 7-month-old puppy.
