An arrest was made after a caller on Second Street reported Wednesday at 10:46 a.m. that someone had failed to register as an an offender. Patrick Howard St. Marks, who was named as an involved party in the dispatch log, was listed in the jail roster on a charge of failure to register in the sexual or violent offender registry.

An arrest was made after a caller on 13th Street reported a Ford F250 hit a light pole at 1:54 a.m. today.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Deputies assisted after a Wednesday 6:52 p.m. caller reported an injured deer in the middle of U.S. Highway 2 on the east end of Havre.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls during the 24-hour reporting period.

Firefighters responded Wednesday at 2:49 p.m. to an assistance call on the 300 Block of Ninth Street where a water line had broken in a utility room. The water was shut off.
Havre Animal Shelter
The Havre shelter this morning held two unknown gender cats, a female 10-month-old kitten, three male cats, seven female cats and a male 8-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male 9-month-old mix breed puppy, a female boxer dog, a female 9-month-old German shepherd, two female mix-breed 21-week-old puppies, a male mix-breed dog, a male Chihuahua dog and a male mix-breed 11-month-old puppy.
