Havre Police Department

An 11-year-old boy was issued a summons on a criminal mischief vandalism charge after a caller at Sunnyside Intermediate School reported a juvenile offense Friday at 9:15 a.m.

Brooke Marie Sutherland of Rocky Boy, 46, was arrested on charges of violation of child restraint, failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and on two Justice or City court warrants; Darren Joseph Johnson of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on two state District Court warrants; Crystal Rose Stamper of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant; and Ventura Rajhnelle Campbell of Box Elder, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, during a vehicle stop on First Street West Friday at 12:53 p.m.

Gladys Jean Flatlip of Box Elder, 49, was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest, after an officer stopped Friday at 4:51 p.m. to check on two people on Third Avenue.

A 16-year-old boy was issued a summons on a theft charge, after a caller on Lincoln Avenue reported Friday at 5:47 p.m. that a boy had stolen some money.

A Second Street caller reported a stolen Chevrolet Silverado Friday at 8:26 p.m., and called back at 8:50 p.m. to report finding the vehicle in the alley behind Third Street.

A 17-year-old girl was issued a summons on juvenile curfew violations, after a Sixth Street caller reported the offense Saturday at 1 a.m. The juvenile asked at 8:48 a.m. to speak with officers about the report.

Jerry Neal Flatlip of Pryor, 57, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, after dispatchers reported Saturday at 2:30 a.m. that an intoxicated man had come to the lobby of the police station.

An 11-year-old boy was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and at 12-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy were each issued a summons on juvenile curfew violations, after a caller at a First Street business reported three suspicious juveniles at 4:33 a.m. Saturday.

Warren Walter Means of Havre, 82, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, during a Saturday 10:06 a.m. vehicle stop on 11th Street West.

A caller at a Montana Avenue business reported finding a stolen chainsaw Saturday at 6:16 p.m.

Ty J. Bauer of Havre, 26, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, after a caller on McKinley Avenue reported an F150 in the driveway, with the engine running and someone sleeping inside Sunday at 8:16 a.m.

A caller at a First Street business reported a theft Sunday at 1:35 p.m. and another at 2:43 p.m.

Two arrests were made during a 5:02 p.m. Sunday vehicle stop prompted by a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reporting a possible drunk driver at 4:53 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

A caller at a Third Avenue establishment reported finding a baggie full of white power Sunday at 6:02 p.m.

Jennifer Fatima Denny of Havre, 53, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge at the police station at 7:06 p.m. in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The Sheriff's Office dispatch log was not made available because of the holiday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, five calls Saturday, four calls Sunday and one call this morning.

Firefighters had two calls Saturday that turned out to be false alarms.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held a female 10-month-old kitten, three male cats, seven female cats and a male 8-month-old kitten.

--

The shelter also held this morning a female boxer dog, a female 9-month-old German shepherd, two female mix-breed 21-week-old puppies, a male mix-breed dog, a male Chihuahua dog and a male mix-breed 11-month-old puppy.
