Johnson, Schmitt engaged

Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Johnson are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Abrianna Johnson, to Scott Schmitt, son of Dr. and Mrs. Robert Schmitt. 

Abrianna is a graduate of Chinook High School and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Montana State University. She then attained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice with an emphasis in family medicine in 2017. She now practices familymedicine in Havre.

Scott is also a graduate of Chinook High School and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in geophysical engineering from Montana Tech in Butte in 2018. He enjoys ranching and engineering in the oil field. 

They met two summers ago at the dance after the rodeo during the Blaine County Fair. "Ain't nothin' I know of, can make you fall in love, like a night at the county fair." - Chris LeDoux

The couple plans to reside in Havre. A local July wedding is planned.
