Mountain lion hunting to close in hunting districts 502 and 575

The hunting of all mountain lions in south-central Montana hunting district 502 and 575, which include portions of Carbon, Yellowstone, Stillwater and Sweet Grass counties, will close at one-half hour after sunset today.

The order halting the hunt came shortly after Fish, Wildlife and Parks officials received word that the pre-established harvest quota for the district had been met.
