Havre Police Department

Officers investigated an assault report called in Friday at 10:16 a.m. by the Child Abuse Hotline.

Dyllan James Murray of Havre, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served on Sixth Avenue Friday at 11:21 a.m.

--

Alejandro Ricardo Plascencia Jr. of Billings, 26, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served on Sixth Street Friday at 3:52 p.m.

--

A hit and run crash in which a silver General Motors two-door car backed into a Pontiac at Main Street and Fourth Avenue was reported Friday at 7:36 p.m.

--

A Spruce Drive caller reported Friday at 8:04 p.m. that a package that had been delivered earlier in the day was missing.

Kaycee Ann Clark of Havre, 44, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, during a vehicle stop on Third Avenue Saturday at 4:07 p.m.

Troy Tyler Tsosie of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and trespass to property, after a caller at a First Street business reported an intoxicated shoplifter was sitting outside the business Saturday at 5:25 p.m.

Claudine Chiefstick of Lodge Pole, 56, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, after a caller at a Second Street business reported Saturday at 7:33 p.m. that an intoxicated woman was yelling and spitting at a man she was with.

A caller in a parking lot on College Road West reported Saturday at 7:49 p.m that a white Nissan Extera hit a silver Toyota Avalon and left the scene.

Tanner Joseph Walker of Havre, 37, was issued a summons on a charge of trespass to property after a Third Street caller reported Saturday at 10:20 p.m. that a man was banging on the door.

A Sunday 7:50 a.m., a Second Street West caller reported seeing a neighbors garage door smashed and broken glass and suspected it was related to a crash sound heard around 7 a.m.

Two 15-year-old girls from Chinook were each issued a summons on a charge of theft, after a caller at a First Street caller reported two juvenile shoplifters Sunday at 12:58 p.m.

--

Albert Lee Goldsmith of Harlem, 51, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after a caller at a First Street West business reported a theft Sunday at 5 p.m.

--

A Second Street caller reported at 2:23 a.m. today that someone took $80 from a wallet and wanted to speak to an officer about it.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Nicolette Lailoni Windyboy of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a trespasser Friday at 2:28 p.m.

Ann Marie Rose Cantrell of Box Elder, 39, was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting, after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter at 3:38 p.m. Friday.

Joshua Glen Reid of Chinook, 40, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a Friday 10:41 p.m. vehicle stop at First Street East and 12th Avenue.

Albert Lee Goldsmith of Harlem, 51, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia during intake at Hill County Detention Center Sunday at 6:07 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to eight calls Saturday and four calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to an alarm at 4:47 a.m. Saturday on the 10 Block of Third Street West where a maintenance project had falsely activated the alarm.

--

Havre Fire Department and Bear Paw Volunteer Fire Department firefighters responded to a report of a grass fire near mile marker 108 on U.S. Highway 87 Sunday at 12:50 p.m. The fire burned about a quarter acre before being contained.

--

Firefighters responded to an 11:21 p.m. Sunday alarm on the 800 Block of Fourth Street that turned out to be and unintentional activation.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held 14 cats of unknown gender, two female 9-month-old kittens, five male cats, four female cats and one male 7-month-old kitten. Shelter personnel are working on another round of their trap/spay-neuter/release program, this time in the Fairview Trailer Court area, to help control the ferrel cat population in the city.

The shelter also held this morning a male American bulldog, a female mix-breed 21-week-old puppy, a male American Eskimo dog, a male mix-breed dog, a female mix-breed 6-week-old puppy, a male Chihuahua dog, a male mix-breed 11-month-old puppy and a male mix-breed 8-month-old puppy.
