Havre Police Department

A Boulevard Avenue caller reported a water main break at 6:06 a.m. Monday.

A caller at a Seventh Street facility asked Monday at 8:55 a.m. to speak with an officer.

An arrest was made after a Second Street caller reported an assault Monday at 2:42 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

--

A purse-wallet was reported Monday at 3:42 p.m. stolen from a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business.

Lawrence Eugene Normandy or Havre, 51, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, after a caller at a First Street establishment reported Monday at 9:03 p.m. that an intoxicated man had been acting belligerent and had passed out on the bar.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Monday at 12:10 p.m., a caller at Old Post Road and 14th Street West asked for assistance from deputies.

Kyle Frank Russette of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Monday at 2:11 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Firefighters were called to the 300 Block of Third Street at 8:59 a.m. Monday for a gas odor. NorthWestern Energy also responded to the seen and neither crew could detect a gas leak.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, two female 9-month-old kittens, four male cats, three female cats, one female 19-week-old kitten and one male 7-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male American bulldog, a male American Eskimo dog, a female mix-breed 7-month-old puppy, a female mix-breed 6-week-old puppy, a female mix-breed 6-month-old puppy, one male mix-breed 10-month-old puppy, one female Labrador retriever dog and one male mix-breed 8-month-old puppy.
