A Montana Department of Transportation Bobcat skid steer with a brush attachment blows clouds of icy snow into the wind as it clears off the sidewalk while a plow follows behind on First Street in Havre this morning. Gusts of up to 25 mph blew snow across the Havre area and drove wind chill to as low as minus 31 degrees at 9:02 a.m. The snow was expected to stop falling by 11 a.m., leaving temperatures around minus 4 degrees and west winds from 10 to 16 mph. Temperatures are expected to stay cold through Saturday but start to moderate with highs in the 20s Sunday and possibly 30s Monday.
