2. Approve Independence Bank pledged securities for quarter ending Dec. 31.

3. Consider sponsoring DNRC/RRGL planning grant for The Clear Creek Court Sanitary Sewer System.

4. 2019 Pisces Recognition — Havre Wastewater System Improvements Project.
