Obituary - Brett A. Vining

Brett A, Vining, age 66, passed away peacefully at his home in Pasco, Washington, surrounded by family December 4th, 2019, from a short battle of lung cancer. 

He was born June 10, 1953 in Seattle, WA, to Marrion DeYoung and Albert "Les" Vining.  He attended CMR High School and later graduated from Havre High.

Brett was a faithful employee of 42 years to the BNSF Railroad.

In 1981, Brett married his best friend, Karol, and together they resided in Havre, MT, Great Falls, MT, Gallop, NM, and currently Pasco, WA. 

While living in Havre, Brett was a drummer in numerous bands, making many lifelong friends.

Brett enjoyed riding Harley Davidson motorcycles and restoring them. He was an avid fisherman and gun collector.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 38 years, Karol; children: Tracy (Jason) Bartosik, Lisa (Bruce) Kudrna, Daniel (Dallas) Vining, Victor Fields; 10 grandchildren, and one great-grandson. Also, sister Leslie (Mike) Halligan, and brothers Rick (Ruby) Vining and Bruce (Yvonne) Vining along with numerous nieces and nephews.

He is proceeded in death by Marrion DeYoung (mother), Albert "Les" Vining (father), Lillian Schock (mother-in-law), Sebastian Schock, John Schock, and Carl McConwell.

Cremation has taken place.  A burial and celebration of life will take place at a later date.
