Havre Police Department

A Grant Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 8:09 a.m. that someone had rummaged through his car and damaged the interior.

Earl Charles Rainingbird of Hays, 52, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, after being served the warrant on 15th Avenue Tuesday at 2:21 p.m.

A case of beer was reported at 6:07 p.m. Tuesday stolen from a First Street West business.

--

Jacquline Colleen Chiefstick of Havre, 39, and Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 22, were arrested, each on a charge of trespass to property, after a Third Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 7:23 p.m. that two people would not leave his apartment.

Dianna Sue Cole of Harlem, 41, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, traffic crime and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, during a vehicle stop on Third Street Tuesday at 9:32 p.m.

Christopher Joseph Sears of Harlem, 45, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge, after a caller at a First Street West business reported Wednesday at 1:16 a.m. that a man had hit a woman.

Charles E. Ross of Richton Park, Illinois, 46, was arrested on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs, after BNSF Railway police requested assistance Wednesday at 1:01 p.m. with an Amtrak issue.

Milo Montgomery Moore of Havre, 27, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and Joey Ray Azure of Havre, 25, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and on a Justice or City court warrant, after a caller at Lincoln Avenue and 15th Street West reported neighbors yelling at 8:59 p.m. Wednesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Highland Cemetery caller asked Tuesday at 10:12 a.m. for assistance.

Donette Oats of Harlem, 44, and Bobbi Mae Stiffarm of Harlem, 30, were each issued a summons on a shoplifting charge, after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Tuesday at 4:03 p.m. reported a theft.

Florence Marina Standingrock of Box Elder, 32, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of possession of dangerous drugs and shoplifting, after a caller at U.S. Highway 2 West business Tuesday at 5:35 p.m. reported a theft.

Charles E. Ross of Richton Park, Illinois, 46, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia during intake at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 1:45 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and two calls Wednesday. Firefighters responded to a call Tuesday at 4:54 p.m. on the 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue, but no one was made available to provide details.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held three cats of unknown gender, three male and seven female cats, and one male and two female kittens.

The shelter also held this morning a male American bulldog, a male American Eskimo dog, a female mix-breed dog, a female mix-breed 26-week-old puppy, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler mix dog, a female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever mix dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mix-breed dog, a male mix-breed 7-month-old puppy, a male 11-month-old pit bull terrier and a Labrador retriever of unlisted gender.
