A caller on First Street Northeast reported Monday 3:03 p.m. backing into a parked truck.

Arthur Ryan Windyboy Sr. of Box Elder, 42, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, after a caller at a First Street West business reported a man has passed out at 2:59 a.m. today.

An arrest was made after a caller at a Ninth Avenue business reported at 4:54 a.m. today that someone was passed out on the stairs. No details on charges were provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An arrest was made after a caller on Second Street West in Inverness reported at 12:11 a.m. today that a suspicious vehicle had been parked for a long time in the caller's yard. No details on charges were provided.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, three male and seven female cats, and one male and two female kittens.

The shelter also held this morning a male American bulldog, a male American Eskimo dog, a female mix-breed dog, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler mix dog, a female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever mix dog, a male mix-breed 16-week-old puppy, a male mix-breed dog, a male mix-breed 7-month-old puppy, a male 11-month-old pit bull terrier and a Labrador retriever of unlisted gender.
