Havre Police Department

William Joseph Williams Jr. of Havre, 34, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on Fourth Street reported an unresponsive man Friday at 6:50 a.m.

Holly Jo Watson of Box Elder, 46, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on Third Street reported a woman laying on the ground Friday at 12:17 p.m.

A caller at an 11th Street West business reported Friday at 11:16 p.m. finding what looked like a bag of drugs.

--

Fernando Herminio Bautista of Havre, 26, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, two counts of criminal mischief vandalism, disorderly conduct and possession of toxic substances, after a caller on Fifth Street asked Saturday at 6:10 a.m. for assistance in a disturbance.

A broken padlock and door were reported Saturday at 11:30 a.m. by a Ninth Street caller

A Third Street caller reported a found purse Saturday at 2:39 p.m.

Pepe Lynn Velasquez of Rocky Boy, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, after officers investigated a Saturday 6:06 p.m. 911 call during which a man on 10th Street West stated that a child accidentally dialed the emergency number.

Three summonses were issued after an officer stopped Sunday 1:35 a.m. on First Street to investigate juveniles behind a business. No details on the charges were provided.

Melina Celine Leo of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and speeding, during a vehicle stop on First Street Sunday at 2:02 a.m.

Someone stopped at the police station Sunday at 7:48 a.m. to speak with an officer about a custody issue.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 67, was arrested on two counts of shoplifting and two counts of trespass to property after callers at a First Street West business reported Sunday at 12:26 p.m. that someone had stolen two beers and at 3:06 p.m. that a man was trying to steal items.

Travis Vaughn Standing Horn of Havre, 41, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief vandalism, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and disorderly conduct, after a 10th Street West caller reported a man was banging on doors and yelling at 12:28 a.m. today and officers then investigated suspicious activity at that address at 1:10 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A First Avenue West caller asked Friday at 8:21 p.m. to speak with a deputy.

Tyson Payge Denny of Box Elder, 38, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant while deputies were assisting another agency Sunday at 2:10 a.m.

Shawn Michael Wright of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with a communication device and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on U.S. Highway 2 East reported suspicious activity Sunday at 8:26 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday and two calls Sunday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held six cats and two kittens of unknown gender, two male and three female cats, and one female kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male American bulldog, two female mix-breed dogs, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler mix dog, a female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever mix dog, a male mix-breed 16-week-old puppy, a male mix-breed dog, a male mix-breed 7-month-old puppy, a male 11-month-old pit bull terrier and a Labrador retriever of unlisted gender.
