Police say car involved in fatal hit-and-run seized

The Rocky Boy Police Department said it has seized the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run crash last Thursday that killed 16-year-old Lacey Arkinson on Laredo Road on Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation.

The release from the department said a suspect has been identified and the Rocky Boy Police and Federal Bureau of Investigation are continuing the investigation.

The Rocky Boy community is holding a candlelight vigil for Lacey Arkinson Friday at 5 p.m. at Veteran’s Park.

Rocky Boy School students also are holding a balloon dedication for her and for another student who died in the last year Friday, at 1 p.m. at the high school or football field.
