Havre Police Department

A hit and run crash was reported Friday at 5:07 p.m. on Second Street West.

A hit and run crash was reported on Wilson Avenue Friday at 6:13 p.m.

--

Charles Gabrielle Plante III of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and minor in possession after a Seventh Avenue caller reported a man pounding on car windows and doors Saturday at 5:48 a.m.

--

A two-vehicle crash was reported at Seventh Street and Second Avenue Saturday at 4:05 p.m.

Gabrel Lewis Lawrence of Havre, 50, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance on First Street Saturday at 8:53 p.m.

An officer stopped Saturday at 10:38 p.m. to investigate a vehicle that had slid into a ditch at 10th Street and Fifth Avenue.

Chandler Wayne Faulk of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of careless driving, driving under the influence refused to test, and minor in possession, during a vehicle stop on First Street Sunday at 12:33 p.m.

A hit and run crash between a Chevrolet and a Ford pickup truck was reported Sunday at 1:16 a.m. on Buttrey Drive.

Lance Udell Stump of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, after a caller on First Avenue reported a disturbance at 6:20 a.m. Sunday.

Richard Belcourt of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, expired registration, no insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West Sunday at 4:56 p.m.

Larae Ann Sunchild of Hays, 38, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and violation of conditions of release, after a caller on Ninth Avenue reported Sunday at 9:27 p.m. that a woman stole two beers.

Ryan Lee Grant of Havre, 33, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and disorderly conduct after a caller on First Street West reported a man was making threats against a woman Sunday at 10:01 p.m.

Zakery Dale Jones of Havre, 33, was arrested on a pick up and hold order and a charge of violation of conditions of release, on First Street West at 2:05 a.m. today.

Morgan Doney of Harlem, 20, was arrested n a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street West business reported a man passed out in the hallway at 2:13 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Shawn Michael Wright of Havre, 24, was issued a summons on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with a phone, after a caller on U.S. Highway 2 reported Friday at 7:09 p.m. that a man assaulted a woman.

Darren Wayne Keith of Havre, 33, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to property, after a caller reported a trespasser at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Saturday at 5:35 p.m.

Autumn Dawn Wright of Havre, 37, was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during investigation of a vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 2 West Sunday at 1:22 a.m.

Malisha Lahr of Havre, 32, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge, after a caller a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter Sunday at 3:56 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, three calls Saturday and five calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a smoke scare at a single family dwelling on the 10 Block of Saddle Butte Drive at 11:40 a.m. Saturday. No fire was found and the smoke likely came from something that melted on a toaster.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two cats and four kittens of unknown gender, two male and five female cats, and one male and one female kittens.

The shelter also held this morning a male pit bull terrier dog, a female mix-breed 21-week-old puppy, a female mix-breed dog, a female shepherd dog, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler mix dog, a female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever mix dog, a male mix-breed 26-week-old puppy, a male mix-breed dog and a male mix-breed 6-month-old puppy.
