Havre Middle School names November students of the month

Havre Middle Schools' Sixth-Grade Student of the Month for November is Macy Brandon.

Macy is the daughter of Kelly and Cindy Brandon. She has a twin brother, Tyson Brandon.

Macy participates in cross country and Junior Helpers. She also sings in the middle school choir and maintains a 4.0 GPA. Outside of school, she plays on the traveling basketball team.

At school, Macy is always smiling and has fun with learning. She is a hard worker and meticulous in every detail. Macy goes above and beyond what is expected in all she sets out to achieve. Her positivity and attitude makes the middle school a great place for everyone.

In the future Macy plans to maintain a high GPA and pursue a career as a neonatologist.

November's Seventh-Grade Student of the Month at HMS is Colter Solomon.

Colter's parents are Troy and Shannon Solomon. He has one brother, Teegen Solomon.

At Havre Middle School, Colter participates in basketball, football, track and band. Colter has maintained a GPA of 4.0 during his time at the HMS. Outside of school Colter is also participates in traveling basketball and baseball.

At HMS, Colter is an outstanding student who demonstrates excellent character. He is kind to his peers and respectful to adults. His hard work ethic and diligence to his studies will help him achieve whatever life goals he sets.

In the future, Colter's goals are to attend Montana State University or Ohio State University, play sports and study to become a veterinarian.

HMS's Eighth-Grade Student of the Month for November is Devin Kovacich.

Devin is the son Darren and Denise Kovacich. He has one sister, Danielle Kovacich.

Devin plays the tenor saxophone in HMS's band and also in the jazz band. Outside of school he is involved in the youth group through his church. In his spare time, he likes to read, bake and play video games.

At the middle school, Devin is always helpful and supportive of his classmates when they need assistance. He goes out of his way to help out in any capacity. His passion and helpfulness represent every aspect of HMS's Code of Character.

Devin's long term vision is to take life day by day and live it to the fullest.
