An arrest was made after a First Street caller reported marijuana odor coming from a vehicle with a child inside Thursday at 3:48 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

Megan Michelle Mountain of Havre, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a vehicle stop on 12th Avenue Thursday at 5:39 p.m.
