An arrest was made after a caller at a First Street West business asked Monday at 12:55 p.m. to have a woman removed from the business. No details on the charges were provided.

Child Abuse Hotline made a sex offense report Monday at 10:31 p.m.

Someone stopped at the police station to speak with an officer at 12:16 a.m. today about an identity theft situation.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Six people reported cows out along U.S. Highway 87 near mile markers 94 and 95 at 7:32 a.m. Monday.

Brooke Marie Sutherland of Rocky Boy, 46, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at the sheriff's office Monday at 11:55 a.m.

Cows were reported out along U.S. Highway 87 near mile markers 95 and 96 at 5:42 p.m. Monday.

Milton Erixon Garcia of Great Falls, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served Monday at 9:41 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a complaint made Monday at 9:44 p.m. by a 16th Street North caller.

Franklin Troy Caplette of Box Elder, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at a Box Elder establishment Monday at 10:02 p.m.

A Second Street Northeast, Rudyard, caller asked Monday at 5:45 p.m. to speak to a deputy about a female juvenile.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Monday, one with multiple patients, and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two cats and four kittens of unknown gender, two male and five female cats, and two male and two female kittens.

The shelter also held this morning a male pit bull terrier dog, a male Akbash dog, a female mix-breed dog, a female shepherd dog, a male mix-breed Bernese mountain dog, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler mix dog, a female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever mix dog, a male mix-breed dog and a male mix-breed 6-month-old puppy.
