Hi-Line Athletes of Week

Tatum Hull, CJI Volleyball

The Chester-Joplin-Inverness Hawks had their biggest volleyball win of the season last Tuesday when the Hawks beat Chinook. And CJI sophomore Tatum Hull had a huge match. Hull had 11 kills, 7 blocks, 17 digs and four aces, and two nights later, she added 12 kills, 11 digs and 9 blocks against Sunburst. Hull also plays basketball and was Class C All-State in track and field last spring.

Billy Ullery, Fort Benton Football

The Fort Benton Longhorns beat Great Falls Central last Saturday, for the second time this season. The win also gave the Longhorns the Northern C championship, and they got to that point with a big day from Billy Ullery. Ullery caught two touchdown passes for the Horns, who beat the Mustangs 20-14 in Great Falls. Ullery also stands out in basketball and track for Fort Benton.
