Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a two-vehicle non-injury crash on Fourth Avenue reported at 1:40 p.m. Friday.

William Joe Skidmore of Havre, 38, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoke driver's license, and Misty Dawn OClaray of Havre, 41, was arrested on a charge of driving without insurance, during a vehicle stop on First Street at 11:18 p.m. Friday.

Jacinta Katherine Finneman of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and other traffic crime, after a caller at a First Street West business reported a possible drunk driver in a white Ford Edge Saturday at 1:27 a.m.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of runaway juvenile and juvenile curfew violation after a caller on Sixth Street reported a juvenile status offense, Saturday at 1:39 a.m.

Two arrests were made after a caller on 10th Street West reported a man in a parking lot looking into car windows at 3:52 a.m. Saturday. No details on the charges was provided.

A caller at a First Street business reported a stolen black and white Mongoose bike Saturday at 6:46 p.m.

A 17-year-old was arrested on charges of minor in possession, partner or family member assault and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after a caller on 14th Avenue reported her boyfriend was hurting her and she needed him removed Sunday at 12:23 a.m.

Officers were asked Sunday at 12:33 a.m. to perform a well-being check on a few kids on Fifth Street.

A caller reported Sunday at 12:53 a.m. that his daughter at a Montana State University-Northern residence hall was being sent harassing and disturbing text messages.

Two pumpkins on Curve Drive were reported Sunday at 3:04 a.m. stolen by two kids in a red Ford diesel pickup truck with head rack.

A caller at a First Street business reported a man was stealing things from a woman's room Sunday at 5:07 a.m.

Justin Wade Brown of Havre, 57, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and speeding on state road, during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 Sunday at 9:13 a.m.

A Second Street caller reported Sunday at 11:19 a.m. that tools were stolen.

--

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation charge after a First Street caller reported Sunday at 10:38 p.m. that a juvenile had not returned home.

Justin Radim Jezek of Havre, 36, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street establishment reported a man being disruptive Sunday at 10:56 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Lester Tyrel Skramstad of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on a trespass to property charge after a Clear Creek Road caller reported a trespasser at 12:20 p.m. Friday.

Margo Rae Zumbrun of Havre, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on First Street at 11:36 p.m. Friday.

Arthur Ryan Windyboy Sr. of Box Elder, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other pubic servant after a caller reported a man hitchhiking on Beaver Creek Road Saturday at 2:45 p.m.

Acyonna Braan Sponsler of Ontario, California, 25, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 4:41 p.m.

--

Jennifer Young Wendland of Rudyard, 39, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, trespass to property and criminal mischief, vandalism, after a caller on Rudyard Road North made a complaint Saturday at 10:40 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Thursday, three Friday, five Saturday and two Sunday.

Firefighters responded to an alarm activation at 9:15 p.m. Friday on the 800 Block of Fourth Street, but smoke from cooking food had triggered the alarm.

Firefighters responded to a report of a gas leak at 4:06 p.m. Saturday on the 1300 Block of Sixth Street North where a backhoe operator ruptured a gas line. HFD turned off the gas line and a NorthWestern Energy crew arrived and took over the scene for repairs.

A call about a fire at 5:07 p.m. Sunday on the 700 Block of Sixth Street North was canceled en route because the fire was in a burn pit.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held four 11-week-old kittens of unknown gender, a female short-hair cat, two male and two female medium-hair cats, a female calico cat and a female long-hair 13-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held this morning one male and one female shepherd dogs, a male mix-breed 14-week-old puppy, a male Akbash dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male mix-breed Bernese mountain dog, a female mix-breed 13-week-old puppy and two male mix-breed dogs. The shelter also was housing one 10-week-old female mixed-breed puppy.
