1. Resolution No. 3809 — Resolution Relating to Financing of Certain Cost Overruns Related to the Bull Hook Project; Establishing Compliance with Reimbursement Bond Regulations Under the Internal Revenue Code.

2. First reading, Ordinance No. 909 — An Ordinance Amending Title 3, Chapter 2, Section 7, Qualifications of Firefighters, of the Havre City Code.

3. Request from Havre Art Association to place sign on city property advertising the Annual Art Show.
