Spectrum repairs faulty equipment causing service outages

Spectrum customers in the Havre area lost service from about 2:30 to 8 a.m.

Some customers reported losing Internet, cable and telephone service.

Charter Communications Senior Communications Director Bret Picciolo said an equipment malfunction impacted service for customers in the Havre area.

He added that the service was also impacted intermittently over the weekend.

“The faulty equipment has been replaced by our engineering team this morning and service has been restored,” he said. “We apologize to any customers who have been impacted.”

Picciolo said that Charter Communications will work individually with customers who have been impacted.
