Havre Police Department

A First Street business caller at 10:01 a.m. Thursday reported a possible theft caught on surveillance video.

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 11:39 a.m. to report that a stolen credit card was being used by someone else.

A Second Street caller reported stolen medications Thursday at 11:53 a.m.

--

A Sixth Street caller reported Thursday at 2:20 p.m. that van rolled out of the driveway and struck a fire hydrant. Havre Fire Department and Havre Public Works were notified.

A Thursday 7:33 p.m. caller reported a sex offense in the Havre area.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Melanie Olive Rosette of Havre, 38, and Jonah Colby Walker of Box Elder, 42, were each issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting, after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a theft at 6:21 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held a 16-week-old medium-hair kitten and a short-hair 13-week-old kitten of unknown gender, a male and a female short-hair 14-week-old kittens, a short-hair female cat, two male and three female medium-hair cats, a female munchkin-manx cat, a male short-hair 13-week-old kitten, a female calico cat and a female munchkin cat.

The shelter also held this morning a female Australian shepherd-border collie dog, a male shepherd dog, a male Akbash dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male mix-breed Bernese mountain dog, a female mix-breed ll-week-old puppy and a male mix-breed dog. The shelter also was housing one 8-week-old female mixed-breed puppy.
