Havre Police Department

A caller at a First Street bank Friday at 11:53 a.m. reported that a woman tried to withdraw money with a stolen debit card and ID.

A caller at Sunnyside Intermediate School reported Friday at 3:27 p.m. a bus clipped a tail light.

Friday at 6:37 p.m. a First Street caller reported a white 2018 Dodge Ram was reported stolen.

Michael Jay Stump of Havre, 45, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, and Jennilyn Roberta Morton of Havre, 36, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, during a vehicle stop on Fourth Avenue Friday at 8:17 p.m.

Ciara Clayre Ost of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of reckless driving, aggravated driving under the influence and obstructing a peace officer or other pubic servant, after callers on Washington Avenue reported a vehicle fire Friday at 9:42 p.m.

Joy Boushie of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on charges of driving without a driver's license and failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance, after a caller at a First Street business reported a possible drunk driver Friday at 11:29 p.m.

Clarissa Mae Messerly of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children, partner or family member assault and possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller reported a possible domestic disturbance on Ninth Avenue Saturday at 3:48 a.m. This disturbance was related to a Sunday 11:06 a.m. call.

Alyce Julialinda Lamotte of Havre, 28, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a caller on Second street reported a domestic disturbance Saturday at 11:06 a.m.

Edward Charles Isaacson of Havre, 38, was arrested on partner of family member assault charges after a caller reported a domestic disturbance on First Street Saturday at 12:42 p.m.

Lois S. Ramberg of Chinook, 74, was issued a summons on a vicious dog charge after a caller on Fifth Avenue reported her dog was attacked by three collie dogs Sunday at 1:30 p.m.

Officers investigated a 911 hangup Saturday at 8:04 p.m. The call was possibly related to a vehicle theft.

Gabriel Manuel B. Hofrenning of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, after a Fifth Avenue caller asked Saturday at 10:46 p.m. to speak to an officer.

A caller at a First Street West business reported seeing a man steal two 18-packs of alcohol Sunday at 12:36 a.m.

An update from an electronic device service updated officers on the Fourth Street location of a stolen vehicle Sunday at 2:49 a.m.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations and minor in possession, and Skyler Raine Longfox of Havre, 26, was arrested on charges of unlawful transactions with children, resisting arrest and theft, after a 10th Street West said Sunday at 9:38 a.m. she was looking for her son.

Havre Public Works was notified Sunday at 10:51 a.m. that a caller on 18th Street West reported water coming up from the ground. Public Works notified the owner of the property.

Cameron James Eagleman of Box Elder, 37, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, obstructing a peace officer or other public servants, unlawful restraint, negligent endangerment, resisting arrest and violation of conditions of release, after an officer reported Sunday at 11:06 a.m. that he would be out of his patrol car to speak with a man. This arrest is related to a Saturday 3:48 a.m. call and arrest.

Waldron Wayne Crows Breast Jr. of Harlem, 49, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a complaint from a Ninth Street Northwest caller Sunday at 12:50 p.m.

Shane Thomas Wing of Great Falls, 47, was arrested on an assault charge after a caller at a First Street West business reported a man was harassing an employee Sunday at 8:34 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Samuel Joseph Main of Harlem, 19, was issued a summons on charges of driving without a driver's license and possession of drug paraphernalia, during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 Friday at 8:30 p.m.

An Eighth Avenue West caller Friday at 10:44 p.m. reported a 2006 Blue Honda Civic was stolen.

Cali Terese Brien of Billings, 20, was arrested on charges of theft, accountability and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and Kate Alanna Lambourne of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and violation of conditions of release, during a vehicle stop Sunday at 12:13 a.m.

A caller at a Box Elder establishment reported an assault at 2:40 p.m. Sunday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday and five calls Saturday.

A fire crew responded to a reported of an small open field fire on U.S. Highway 87 at 3 p.m. Friday, but the fire was extinguished before they arrived.

--

Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire Friday at 9:45 p.m. on the 1600 Block of Washington Avenue. The fire was caused by a leaking fuel line and the car is believed to be a total loss.

--

A fire call to the 200 Block of Fifth Street at 7:34 p.m. Saturday turned out to be smoke from a woodstove.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held five short-hair 13-week-old kittens, three medium-hair cats and a 16-week-old medium-hair kitten all of unknown gender, a medium-hair 11-week-old kitten, a short-hair female cat, two medium-hair female cats, a female munchkin-manx cat, a female calico cat and a female munchkin cat.

The shelter also held this morning a female Australian shepherd-border collie dog, a male shepherd dog, a male golden retriever dog, a female Labrador retriever dog, a female mix-breed 10-month-old puppy, a mix-breed Bernese mountain dog, a female Akbash dog, a female mix-breed ll-week-old puppy, a male mix-breed dog and an 8-month-old male pit bull terrier. The shelter also was housing one 8-week-old female mixed-breed puppy.

Births

A boy was born Friday, Oct. 4, 2019, to Tess Saddler and Aryn Gardipee of Box Elder.
