Havre Police Department

A caller at a First Street business reported Thursday at 10:41 that he backed into a light pole.

A Thursday 10:44 a.m. caller on Lincoln Avenue reported that a wallet was stolen.

Miranda Lynn Bautista of Havre, 47, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller saw her leave the high school onto 12th Avenue Thursday at 11:31 a.m.

A caller at a First Street business reported an abandoned bicycle Thursday at 12:39 p.m.

--

Officers assisted Adult Probation and Parole with transporting a man and a girl to court Thursday at 12:49 p.m.

--

A caller on First Street reported Thursday at 6:38 p.m. that a large white Dodge pickup truck with out of state plates hit another pickup them drove away.

Desirea Lee Writingbird of Box Elder, 39, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container in the city after a First Street West caller reported an intoxicated woman Thursday at 7:46 p.m.

Gerald James Lightfoot of Havre, 52, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after callers at a First Street establishment reported a man sitting in the street Thursday at 9:53 p.m.

--

Officers investigated a Thursday 11:25 p.m. report from First Street West of two women who appeared intoxicated - one of them was driving.

Marea Jade Redhouse of Havre, 26, was arrested on a violation of protective order charge, after a caller at a First Street establishment reported the violation at 12:09 this morning.

Ricky John Clark Jr. of Havre, 23, was arrested on a partner of family member assault charge, after a caller reported today at 4:08 a.m. that a man had punched out a house window and was trying to get the caller out of the house on Fifth Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 300 Road Northwest caller reported a theft, forgery or fraud Thursday at noon.

Kody Jameson Barnes of Havre, 25, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 4:10 p.m.

--

A call on Second Avenue in Box Elder reported suspicious activity at 5:39 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday and one call this morning.

--

Firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide alarm at 3:16 p.m. on the 1200 Block of Third Street. The fire crew did detect CO gas and evacuated the occupants. A NorthWestern Energy crew determined the water heater was not venting properly. Fire department personnel provided standby until the problem was determined. No one was affect by the gas.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held four short-hair 13-week-old kittens, three medium-hair cats, a 15-week-old medium-hair kitten and a 12-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, a medium-hair female 10-week-old kitten, a short-hair female cat, two medium-hair female cats, a female munchkin-manx cat, a female calico cat and a female munchkin cat.

The shelter also held this morning a female Australian shepherd-border collie dog, two male shepherd dog, a male golden retriever dogs, a female Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppies, a mix-breed Bernese mountain dog, an Akbash dog, a male border collie-Australian cattle dog-blue heeler 16-month-old puppy and a male mixed-breed dog. The shelter also was housing one 7-week-old female mixed-breed puppy.
