Havre Police Department

A pipe found in a Fourth Avenue caller's yard Wednesday at 8:26 a.m. was turned over to the Tri-Agency Task Force.

Wednesday at 10:27 a.m., a city employee reported a theft of water on Boulevard Avenue.

--

Trai Alexander Toney of Havre, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, during a vehicle stop on College Road West Wednesday at 11:50 a.m.

--

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of theft, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and trespass to property, after an officer assisted another agency Wednesday at 12:58 p.m. at a First Street establishment.

A caller on First Avenue reported Wednesday at 1:26 p.m. that someone was taking a photograph of his son at his bus stop Monday.

--

A Grant Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 1:40 p.m. that a chair was stolen during the night.

--

A caller at the viaduct on Seventh Avenue reported Wednesday at 2:13 p.m. that someone threw a kitten out of a moving vehicle. Havre Animal Control announced that the kitten died from the incident and the department is looking for a man in a gray SUV, possibly a Ford Explorer, who was traveling south over the viaduct. Dixie Lynn Hernandez of Havre, 48, was arrested on a Justice or City Court warrant served at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday on Sixth Street.

A caller at a First Street business reported Wednesday at 6:24 p.m. someone left without paying for a meal.

--

A caller in the alley between Third and Fourth avenues reported Wednesday at 10:16 p.m. finding a stolen vehicle.

--

A man was reported getting hit by a vehicle on Fourth Street at 11:51 p.m. Wednesday.

--

Shane Thomas Wing of Great Falls, 47, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, after a caller on First Street Northeast reported an intoxicated man in the building at 12:11 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Esequeil Pepe Velasquez of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on a state District Court warrant, after deputies were called Wednesday at 7:23 p.m. to assist Probation and Parole officers at a Box Elder establishment.

Sade Rochelle Stearns of Harlem, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 10:28 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call late Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held five short-hair 11-week-old kittens, four short-hair 10-week-old kittens and three medium-hair 8-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, along with a male medium-hair 14-week-old kitten, two medium-hair 15-week-old kittens, one short-hair female cat, two female and one male medium-hair 6-month-old kittens, two medium-hair female cats, a female munchkin-manx cat, one long-hair female cat, a female calico cat and a female munchkin cat.

The shelter also held this morning a female Australian shepherd-border collie dog, one female and one male Labrador retriever dogs, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed dog and a male pit bull terrier 9-month-old puppy.

The shelter was also housing one 5-week-old female mixed-breed puppy, and six 10-week-old puppies and a female mixed breed dog were being fostered off-site.
