An arrest was made after a caller at the hospital told officers at 5:39 a.m. today that a woman, related to the 1 a.m. call above, needed a ride back to her vehicle. No information about the charges was provided.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Cole Forrest Stump of Havre, 27, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 6:18 p.m.

Brandon Ray Eagleman of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children, disorderly conduct and trespass to property, after a caller on 24th Avenue Northeast reported a possibly intoxicated male was out with a juvenile Saturday at 2:30 a.m.

Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, five calls Saturday and on call early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a smoke detector activation on the 10 Block of Third Street West at 9:50 a.m. Saturday, but the cause of the smoke was burned toast.
Havre Animal Shelter
The Havre shelter this morning held a medium-hair 7-month-old kitten, five short-hair 10-week-old kittens, three medium-hair 6-month-old kittens, one medium-hair 25-week-old kitten and three medium-hair 8-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, along with a male medium-hair 13-week-old kitten, two medium-hair 14-week-old kittens, two medium-hair female cats, one long-hair female cat and a calico cat.

The shelter also held this morning a female Australian shepherd-border collie dog, a male German shepherd dog, one female and one male Labrador retriever dogs, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female corgi-pit bull 8-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed dog and a male pit bull terrier 9-month-old puppy.

The shelter was also housing one 4-week-old female mixed-breed puppy, and six 9-week-old puppies and a female mixed breed dog were being fostered off-site.

A girl was born Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2019, to Samantha Descharm and Richard Meyers of Box Elder.
