Regular agenda —

1. Resolution No. 3807 — A Resolution Assessing a Special Property Tax Against Certain Property in the City of Havre, Montana, for Failure to Pay a Reasonable Charge for Nuisance Weed Control on Their Property Under the Authority of Section 9-6-7 of the Havre City Codes.

2. Resolution No. 3808 — Resolution to Authorize Delivering Local Assistance Application and Commitment of Matching Funds.

3. Memorandum of Understanding with the State of Montana to allow the City of Havre to purchase through the state’s procurement contracts.

4. Request from Gal Phillips with PJ’s, to have outdoor music in radio station parking lot. Sept 21.
