Clarification - HHS parking lot

After The Havre Daily News printed an article on the front page of Wednesday’s edition about ownership of the Havre High School parking lot, Havre Public Schools Superintendent Andy Carlson said the article seemed to say he agreed with the city government that the school district owns the parking lot. Carlson said he does not agree with that assessment. The story also reported that the school district is working with Bill Baltrusch Construction planning work on the parking lot when it is working with Havre Sand and Gravel.
