Correction - City Council story

A front-page story in Wednesday’s edition of the Havre Daily News misreported that Ryan Turner was issued a ticket in an incident involving his reporting a problem with a neighbor’s dog. Turner was not cited, Miranda Bautista was cited for vicious animal and dog at large.
