Havre Police Department

A caller Wednesday at 8:31 a.m. asked to have an officer stop by a Third Street business because it looked like someone tried to break in through a back door during the night.

Kyle Little Owl Duran of Havre, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant on Third Street at 8:54 a.m. Wednesday.

A Third Avenue caller asked Wednesday at 11:38 a.m. to speak with an officer about his truck getting broken into.

--

Brandon Ray Eagleman of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs, after a First Street caller reported a man passed out in the alley Wednesday at 1:22 p.m.

Wednesday 3:43 p.m. a 10th Avenue caller asked to speak with an officer about a complaint.

A Fifth Avenue caller asked Wednesday at 7:26 p.m. to speak with an officer about vandalism to his truck.

--

Lorren Lee Mack of Havre, 29, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence and open container in the city, after a Wednesday 10 p.m. caller at a First Street West business reported a vehicle that had been idling for 30 minutes in the parking lot.

Officers made an arrest after initiating investigation at 1:48 a.m. today of an individual who looked to be passed out on a bench in front of a First Street establishment. Vickie Gail Cochran, who was named in the dispatch log as an involved party, was listed this morning in the jail roster as being held on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Wednesday 4:03 p.m. caller on 13th Street Southeast asked deputies to investigate a juvenile status offense.

Deputies issued a summons after responding to a complaint made by a 33rd Avenue Northeast caller Wednesday at 2:25 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

A Wednesday 4:52 p.m. report of an eastbound semitractor-trailer weaving all over the road on U.S. Highway 2 West was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

A report made at 12:56 this morning about a vehicle in a field in the Box Elder area near Road 448 was referred to another agency.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Wednesday, and a 9:48 a.m. fire call to the North Havre area was canceled en route.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair 7-month-old kitten, five short-hair 9-week-old kittens, four medium-hair 13-week-old kittens, three medium-hair 6-month-old kittens, three medium-hair 6-week-old kittens and one medium-hair 23-week-old kitten, all of unknown gender, along with two medium-hair female cats and one long-hair female cat.

The shelter also held this morning one female and one male mixed-breed 17-week-old puppies, one female and one male Labrador retriever dogs, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female corgi-pit bull 7-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed dog and a male pit bull terrier 9-month-old puppy.

The shelter was also housing one 3-week-old female mixed-breed puppy and one male and two female mixed-breed 8-week-old puppies. Six 8-week-old puppies and a female mixed breed dog were being fostered off-site.
