1. Ordinance No. 908 (second reading) — AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 20, FILLING VACANT CITY COUNCIL SEAT, OF THE HAVRE CITY CODE

2. Resolution No. 3806 — A RESOLUTION CANCELLING THE NOVEMBER 5, 2019 GENERAL ELECTION OF CERTAIN MUNICIPAL OFFICERS.

3. Approve Drawdown No. 5 for the Bullhook/Stormdrain Project.

4. Confirm the appointment of Jayce Barclay to the position of Probationary Police Officer.

5. Request from Sax Cadillac Band to close 2nd Ave. from 1st to 2nd Street in order to facilitate a Street Dance during Festival Days Friday, Sept. 20, from 6-9 p.m.

6. Approval of August Claims and Manual Warrants.
